2024-2025 Membership Renewal Form |
Your organization was an institutional or partner member in 2023-24 and you wish to renew for 2024-25 - this can only be completed by a Key Contact.
|
Change of Organization Form |
You already have an individual GASFAA account from working at a previous employer and have started employment at a new organization with a GASFAA institutional or partner membership. If you did not already have an account before starting with the new organization, please ask the Key Contact to create your profile for you.
|
Change of Key Contact Form |
The Key Contact at your institution has left without designating a new Key Contact before departure. If the Key Contact has not yet left the organization, please ask them directly to assign a new Key Contact.
|
Request New Organization |
Your organization has never had a GASFAA institutional or partner membership - we will create your organization in the database and the first Key Contact. The new Key Contact will create all other employees' profiles.

How to Create New Profiles
|
You are brand new to GASFAA but are employed by an organization that is not new to GASFAA.
First of all, welcome! Second, you will need to have your organization's Key Contact create your profile for you. If your Key Contact does not know how to do this, please refer them to the linked guide to the left.
